some questions
What day do we run? I prefer if we could all agree to a specific day and time ahead of time, but if we have to work it out from meeting to meeting that's okay, too.
Do we want to recruit an additional member? I said 4 to 6 people in the initial post. Assuming Doug is hopping on board we have five. Do we want to recruit another? Six people around my game room table would be a bit of a squeeze, but at the same time if we find one more awesome person I hate to turn them away.
Who GMs first? We could do GM order by drawing out of a hat. Or since this whole thing was my proposal I could run first. Or if someone is dying to run their Dream One-shot they can go first.

Hey all...
Somewhere else you mentioned meeting on Sunday afternoons. This would be okay with me provided I can work it around with my regular group's schedule, as we meet every other Sunday from 2p-6p.
As for other people, if we have five we can do this. I know from my preferences that I find five to be the ideal number of players so that would mean finding one more, but I understand space constraints are an issue.
I don't really care who runs first. All I need is a touch of warning before it's my turn to make ya suffer. =P Once we figure out exactly who is in this, why don't you (Jeff) just draw our names from a hat or something. I trust ya. ;P

Also... the link to Stuart's blog doesn't work...
5 seems good to me as well.
Also, the link to Stuart's blog should be fixed now.
Okay, unless there is an objection (tell me if I am speaking out of turn, please) we'll limit the group to Stuart, Doug, Dave, Kathleen, and myself. I got an email from another interested party, but I don't want to feel too crowded at the table. That's a super petty reason to turn someone down, but I did it.
Also, I think this mix of people is golden as it is.
Well...
That leaves four of us (myself, Jeff, Doug, or Stuart) to potentially GM the first session.
Personally, I don't care if I go first, last, or somewhere in between. If no one else wants to go first, Then I will be happy to do so.
If I do end up being the first one to bat, that means y'all won't be subjected to some homebrewed game system of mine since I won't have time to "refine" things to my desired level of completeness. Looking at my shelf still leaves me with a fair number of options, but it would most likely come down to Feng Shui, Iron Gauntlets, or Deadlands/Savage Worlds.
Just some thoughts...
peace... Dave
Sunday afternoon works okay for me, as long as I'm not out of town for that particular weekend.
